ClassPix creates personalised class photo books for Nursery/Reception and Year 6 Leavers. Created from images and videos* supplied by your School and with personalised child pages using content chosen by Parents. There are pages included that children can handwrite and draw in and blank autograph pages for Year 6 Leavers to write messages to each other.
*Use of any images and video will be strictly with the School and Parents permission and we will never print any imagery where Parents do not wish to take part.
What content is included...
Nursery/Reception Class Books
These books are designed for the whole Class, not individually for each child.
The artwork is the same and each child will feature in alphabetical order.

Featuring images of Teachers and messages with a selection of
school / outdoor images for children to look back and remember.
Personalised Child Page
Each child has their own personalised page with 5 images and a Q&A section sent in by Parents. Includes a page at the front children can handwrite on and draw a self portrait once they receive their copy of the book.
Art Gallery
Each child has a piece of artwork displayed in the art gallery section sent in by Parents.
Class Photos & Videos
Official class photo and collection of images printed of all children, grouped in date and event order. Class videos included on a USB card at the back of each book. These are full class videos only and not individual videos of the children.

Front page for children to handwrite, answering questions about their time at Primary School and feelings about starting High School. At the back there are blank pages for autographs / messages from friends to write in.
Personalised Child Section
Each child has their own personalised section (half page) with 4 images and three Q&A's sent in by Parents.
Collection of Photos
Collection of images printed of all children over the years, including class photos sent in by Parents or by the School.

How to works...
Guide to ordening your book
It’s important we receive permission from your School for sharing Class images. Whether you are a Teacher or Parent interested in ordering a book, we need the School to register with us first, and parents can then sign up.

Register Your School's Interest
We will send our email flyer to send parents who can then sign up to order a book. Our minimum order is x20 Nursery/Reception class books and x30 Year 6 Leavers book.

We Create Order Form
If enough Parents sign up, we will create an order form and email this direct to Parents.

Place Order
To make the process easy, all orders are done on the website. Parents order their book, upload images, fill Q&A section and make payment.

Images from School
We ask School to upload images and videos in our online secure Dropbox.

Proofing
Individual proofs will be emailed to Parents and a full proof sent to School.

Print & Delivery
Once approved, books will be printed and delivered direct to School before the School Year end.
Behind the idea...
My story
I’m a busy mum of three boys, running a small business with my Husband and also freelance graphic designer. My youngest son started Nursery School in 2020 and during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, lots of activities with Parent audiences were not allowed to go-ahead. The School reacted so well to this and made sure we did not miss out by sending images and videos of the different events. I was really impressed with how they kept us up to date with the children’s adventures at School. My two older sons having left Primary School had received a Leavers’ Year Book, but there was never anything for Nursery. The early years are such a big, exciting transition for 3-5 year olds and I wanted to create something special for my son’s first year, especially having missed out on some important events like the Christmas Nativity and Mother’s Day assembly.
The book will combine some special moments of his early year adventures and something we will both love to look back on and remember his amazing Teachers and all of his wonderful class friends.
For the Year 6 Leavers’ Book, my older sons received these which were great but I wanted to create something that had a more personal design, long lasting quality and included pages they could write in and a collection of images from over the years.
I have so many digital images of my children which I never have time to print. Teachers and Parents are so busy and most of us just don’t have time to put something like this together. I wanted to create an easy process for Schools without creating more work for them and a simple ordering system for Parents too.
